We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If an item remains in transit beyond the 30-day return period, we will take this into consideration and allow a return accordingly. The return period begins on the date the item is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage, Deffective and Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@plushybeds.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above, including being unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
